From November 16 to November 22, 2020, on the occasion of the autumn holidays, an educational online program was prepared in the schools of the Ulyanovsk library.

On November 16, in the VKontakte group of the library No. 1 "World of Arts" (https://vk.com/1miriskusstv), an intellectual quiz game "In the friendship of peoples, the unity of Russia" will be held, taking part in which schoolchildren will be able to check how well they know the traditions and customs of the peoples of Russia.

Treshnikov (https://vk.com/club177109681, https://twitter.com/EKOBiblioteka7) a series of informative stories about great discoveries will be published. During the week, library staff will acquaint young users of the network with useful information that will be useful to them in school practice: "Opening of the Suez Canal", "First Movie Camera", "Russian Chemical Society", "History of a Pencil", "First Symphony on the Internet", "The Invention of the Phonograph", "The First Ballpoint Pens".

Library No. 12 named after V.I. Dalia invites children to take part in the Vocabulary Week in the VKontakte group (https://vk.com/biblio12). Exciting activities await students every day! On November 16, librarians will show schoolchildren a video presentation on the world's famous dictionaries. On November 17, library staff offer schoolchildren to get acquainted with Simbirsk words, and to make the process more interesting, the acquaintance will take place in the format of vocabulary games. On November 18, young inquisitives will have an informative journey through the sites of dictionaries and encyclopedias “I want to know everything”. On November 19, the children will be able to go on a virtual tour of their native city with Dahl's dictionary "Secrets of our city with Dahl", and on November 22, on the birthday of V.I. Dahl, the library staff will present to the attention of users an informational note “The man of the word collected”, dedicated to his life and work.

November 18 Children's Library No. 28 named after A.A. Plastova will hold an online quiz "Father Frost's Birthday". Netizens will try to answer the winter Wizard quiz questions.

Library No. 18 Family Library will host an online hour of tolerance “Let's hear each other” on November 16, and on November 18, library staff invite children to go on an online journey “Seven Wonders of the World” based on Ilya Taranov’s book “Bubonka’s Adventure”. On the final day, November 22, the group on VKontakte (https://vk.com/lib18) will host an online master class "There are many of us, and we are together."
