On July 8, at the Ulyanovsk river port, the participants of the “Barge Live” Music Festival enjoyed high-quality music, a market, delicious food, sun and the mighty Volga River

Since 2015, Ulyanovsk is a part of the UNESCO Creative Cities Network. We became the first Russian city in the UCCN. Annually, Ulyanovsk UNESCO City of Literature hosts over 50 events in the field of creative industries, half of them includes participants from countries all over the world.

At the “Barge Live” festival, Ulyanovsk UNESCO City of Literature presented a unique photo gallery where guests could find out what the River Port and the banks of the great Volga River looked like in different centuries.
