The Directorate of Ulyanovsk - UNESCO Literary City congratulates the Ulyanovsk branch of the Council of Young Writers on winning the All-Russian Youth Award "Slovo"


Our team was recognized as a laureate in the nomination "The best regional Council of Young Writers of the Union of Writers of Russia".
In a solemn ceremony, the award was presented to the head of the Council, Alexander Dashko, by the chairman of the Union of Writers of Russia, Nikolai Ivanov.
