Literary tours by tram and trolley bus are the next events that involve the entry of literature into the urban space. This year they open up the opportunity to get acquainted with more than 40 texts by residents of the literary city of Ulyanovsk.

This year, both masters and young poets provided their texts for the tour. The work of Boris Ulendeev "Three Sisters" was performed in several readings, in two languages: Russian and English. The work was translated into English thanks to the work of the translation center of the Ulyanovsk – UNESCO City of Literature program.
Boris Ulendeev, Ulyanovsk poet and writer, presented his work “Three Sisters” together with designer and stylist Marina Ero, as well as Khram Mohammed, a student of Ulyanovsk State University from Lebanon, and Aleksey Shishkin, a student of Ulyanovsk State Technical University.

They also remembered the classics: the poems of D.N. Sadovnikov were read by the Ulyanovsk film director Vladimir Buchinsky.

Advisor to the Minister of Arts and Cultural Policy of the Ulyanovsk Region, member of the Writers' Union of Russia Alexander Dashko presented author's poems.

Leading the project "Elegant House", psychologist Svetlana Tsyzyrova read out the poem "Soul" by a young Ulyanovsk poet and press secretary of the program "Ulyanovsk - UNESCO City of Literature" Polina Nikolaeva. Her daughter, Ekaterina Tsyzyrova, presented the poem "Stardust" by Raisa Kashkirova.

Polina Nikolaeva, a young poet and a member of the directorate of the Ulyanovsk – UNESCO City of Literature program, read her poems as the literary tram continued.

A poem from the collection of poems and prose "The Fate of My Road" by Galina Medikova was performed by Deryabina Nadezhda, Director for the Development of Social Projects.

Another special guest of the literary tram was sports commentator Mikhail Rossoshansky. Mikhail read the poem "Bird Cherry" by Eremin Valery, a member of the Union of Writers of Russia.

Poet and film director Yuri Kurilovich delighted the participants of the literary tour with a heartfelt reading of author's poems. The warm atmosphere was supported by Yuri's wife, Svetlana Kurilovich, a teacher of the Russian language and a songwriter, who performed songs of her own composition to the guitar.

No less memorable was the performance of the talented artist, designer and poet Yana Soulstamina.

Author's poems were also presented by poetesses Anastasia Makarova, Anastasia Mironova, Maria Bogdan and Vlada Mitrofanova.

Editor-publisher Irina Luchakina read a poem by another talented member of the directorate of the program "Ulyanovsk - UNESCO City of Literature" Elena Novichkova.

The poetic work of the artistic director of the cinema - theater school, actor, director, showman Alexei Rodkin was recited by a member of the council of young writers Artyom Dallakyan. Artyom also presented author's poems.

Lyubov Vasyukova, a teacher-defectologist, also read her poems. Her very talented daughter Anna Vasyukova also read her own poems.
