In July, the Laboratory of Cartoons of the Ulyanovsk Regional Public Organization "Club of Active Parents" took part in the work of the Russian-German Forum, during which classes on creating animated films were held.

Children of Russian Germans from different cities of the country, invited to the forum, became participants in the classes. Teenagers from Ulyanovsk could also join the guests. The children were asked to come up with plots based on the paintings of German artists. In just three days of the site's work, 60 animated sketches were created, bringing the works of the artists to life. We used plasticine, hand-drawn transversal and classic hand-drawn animation.

Studio "Laboratory of Cartoon Films" was created in Ulyanovsk by the Club of Active Parents in 2019. Specialized equipment was purchased for the laboratory, teachers were trained. With them, children can learn how to create cartoons using classical and modern technologies. Studio page - https://vk.com/cartoonlaba
