Krakow, the UNESCO City of Literature in Poland, has announced the acceptance of applications for the residency for translators who translate from Polish into other languages. The selected candidate will be able to work in Krakow for a month and will receive a scholarship. He will be paid travel expenses and accommodation.

The kit is open to translators of Polish literature into other languages ​​who have had at least one translation of the book and are currently working on a translation project. The place of residence of the candidate does not matter.

Criteria:

at least one published translation,
working on your own literary project during your stay in Krakow,
desire to participate in the literary life of Krakow, in events, meetings and interviews,
it is also necessary to write a short text about Krakow; the text will be used in the future for advertising purposes or will be published.
